Mrs. Rodriguez is admitted to the U.S. District Court of Northern New York, Massachusetts Bar, and Connecticut Bar. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, and her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
She is fluent in Spanish and is a first generation American whose family migrated from Argentina to Waterbury, Connecticut during the 1980s. She has been very active in the Latino community in Connecticut as a previous employee and member of the Hispanic Health Council, and the Puerto Rican Latin American Cultural Center at the University of Connecticut. Later in New York she was active as a Program Director for Centro Civico Inc. serving on various advisory boards and task forces advocating for the Latino Community in upstate New York.
Mrs. Rodriguez lives in Ballston Spa with her husband and two sons; serves as a Parent Liaison for the Amsterdam School District, is the Chief Executive for El Coqui Transportation, and is an Attorney in private practice advocating for the migrant community.
